As the Director of Interdisciplinary and Innovative Initiatives for the University of Georgia Graduate School I work with faculty across campus to provide interdisciplinary experiences for students. I support them in the development of interdisciplinary training grants, research opportunities, coursework, certificate programs, and degree programs. I also lead workshops and a teach a course in Communication of Research and Scholarship, and I organize UGA's Three Minute Thesis competition. Alongside these administrative activities, I maintain an active research agenda and teach in the interdisciplinary Integrative Conservation doctoral program.
